When we come into the world one thing is certain, we have the ability to think & feel. We can not change that. It is who we are.
When someone says, That is your opinion, thought or feeling, I can not change that. The person is correct and not correct They can affect our thoughts and our feelings causing us to change it ourselves.
If someone is compassionate we can be affected in ways considered positive therefor choose to think and feel better. In most cases, people are infecting us with hurt, that causes us to change our feelings and thoughts to those considered negative. Typically words that label or judge who and what we are or not aknowledging the right to choose our own thoughts and feelings hurt us the most. This happens when some people narcissistically try to change or control our thoughts and feelings by shaming, denying, excusing, blaming etc.
Hurt causes hurt in 3 ways, self-hurt, society hurt or revenge hurt. It is apparent hurt does not need any more abandonment. There is a lack of Empathy in this world and it is time for us to start taking things personally.
What is behavior? We think, feel, we act. Some of us feel, think then act depending if you think or feel before speaking.
When someone punishes or disciplines behavior they discipline thoughts and feelings as well.
Would you discipline or punish a child who feels hurt or afraid? Anger is a cover emotion for fear and hurt. A 2-year-old toddler who just hit his friend is really a toddler who feels hurt or scared. The child does not fully understand why he or she receives discipline.
Children at this age are too young to understand what the word behavior is and believe, if their feelings do not matter, they do not matter or if their feelings are bad they are bad.
and with that is how a low self-esteem, undeserving, unworthy, uncertainty, no belonging, becomes one of our first beliefs.
Why is this named Ouellet Theory? many would suggest ego, reason being is an attachment. I am looking for publishers that will help me reunite with my 3 sons who are alienated from me.
What does Innocence mean? In a sense.
