Grief, Loss, Trauma, Tragedy, Depression (Deep Repressed Emotion), Panic, Anxiety, and loss of Energy.

My advice for anyone suffering from Grief, Loss, Trauma, Tragedy, Depression (Deep Repressed Emotion), Panic, Anxiety, and loss of Energy. as well for myself, one year ago when life needed this lesson.

Allow yourself time to heal. The key to finding relief is to release your repressed emotions. Your feelings matter, you matter. forgive yourself if you keep going back and forth for each time you are learning what you do not want. Earn Self-trust by trusting yourself to choose and feel all of your feelings rather than abandoning them. It is okay to feel angry, hurt, sad, hopeless, helpless, eventually those negative feelings will teach and fully appreciate your positive feelings, like happiness, balance, desire, courage, and love. Your feelings matter, you matter. We all have self-worth the moment we are born, healing may take time but you are worth all the time it takes. This is the first time in your life, you know you do not have to self-sacrifice or please anyone. Right now is about taking care of your emotional health so it does not impact your physical health. It is good to unconditionally love yourself as it is the key to helping others and finding happiness.
