Valid means Matter

\n \n \n If you are suffering from the trauma it may be impossible to forget the past it feels like forgetting the lost part of self and abandoning him/her. \nTo validate means to listen to yours or others feelings with empathy, which shows yourself or someone you or they matter.\nAllow yourself to hear how you feel and feel everything. There is no measuring tool for feelings no right or wrong or good or bad. Feelings are feelings and they matter or are valid because you matter. If you feel anger have an angry day ask, why am I angry and ask what am I? You could try to ask what am I really afraid of?

When we create a life that needs a hero, villain, and victim. The people who feel hurt end up feeling worse.

Hurt is like a disease and it spreads like wildfire.

Validation creates an opportunity to heal hurt. It may not cure hurt entirely but it may stop it from spreading.

Time eventually will ease the hurt from taking control of mind and body.

The world needs to realize that hurt as a disease has become a world epidemic and validation is very much needed.

Ego makes this nearly impossible and many people hurt are unwilling to step away from their ego.

Have you fixed, changed, ignored, blamed, shamed, compared, etc. some one’s feelings? Are You trying to feel good or good enough? There is nothing in this world that makes you good or bad. Yourself is worthy. Self-worth from being born.

Every single person born has self-worth doesn’t matter if that person is rich or poor a murderer or heart surgeon.

Everyone on earth is valid and no one can control what anyone chooses to think or do or feel or believe not even not me not you, not anyone. Why?

The one thing that separates us all is our ego and the one thing causing hurt is ego.

The one way to unite us all again and make us one is to recognize ego does not need to be validated know its feelings matter by someone else. It needs to be to know it matters all by itself.

The question is do you run out the door and make sure your feelings get validated or do you run out the door validating everyone’s feelings. trying to get validated by someone else you will run into a major problem which is you cannot control anyone.

We can not control others and others can not control us therefore when we try to get validated by someone else without offering a definition or explanation as to what we expect we run into a problem which is blame meaning shame so if others do not validate you validate yourself ask yourself how do I feel?
